Our Doctors:

 

Dr. Glenn Johnson earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Tuskegee University in 1979.  His father was also a veterinarian.  Dr. Johnson spent much of his childhood working alongside his father.

In his spare time Dr. Johnson enjoys football (go Seahawks!), fishing, Pacific beaches and vegetarian cuisine. 

He has a very large dog named Spike, one very small dog named Mighty, and two cats, Jose and Felix.

 

 

 


 

Dr. Nesa Quincy joined West Seattle Animal Hospital in 1998.  She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University

Dr. Quincy loves all pets but has a special affection for cats.  During her spare time she enjoys cooking, camping and spending time with her family.  

She has two crazy dogs (Clifford and Archie) and two senior-citizen cats (Chaz and Boris). 

 

 

 

 


 

 Dr. Travis Robertson-Howell joined West Seattle Animal Hospital in 2001.  He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University.  He is also certified in veterinary acupuncture. 

Dr. Robertson-Howell has never met a dog he doesn't like and has a special interest in soft-tissue surgery.  In his free time he enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with his family.

He has three large dogs (Stryder, Bella and Rigby) and an orange tabby cat his daughter named Nala Sarah.

 

 


 

Dr. Barbara Gomez first joined West Seattle Animal Hospital in 2001 and rejoined us in 2006.   She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University.   She is also certified in veterinary acupuncture.   

Before becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Gomez earned a degree in Soil Conservation and Land Use Planning from the University of Florida.  She was the first female firefighter in the Florida Keys Volunteer Fire Department.  She graduated from nursing school and joined the Air Force working as an RN in emergency and operating rooms.  In her spare time she enjoys home improvement projects, gardening, sewing, cooking and reading.  

She has three dogs (Bob, Charlotte and Dixie) and five cats (Doodle, Effie, Frank, Lily and Old Man).

 


 

Dr. Erika Bergstrom joined West Seattle Animal Hospital in 2007.  She received her BS in Zoology and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University.  

Her special interests include preventative care and kidney disease.    When away from work she enjoys traveling and "anything outdoors."   In 2009 she spent three weeks in Thailand and hopes to do more traveling soon.

She currently has one senior dog, Jory, and two cats, Avery and Julien. 

 


 


 

 


 

 

Dr. Craig Meredith joined West Seattle Animal Hospital in 2009.  Dr. Meredith earned his Veterinary Medical Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his biology degree from Whitman College.  

Dr. Meredith is an experienced emergency medicine practitioner and has special interests in internal medicine, neurology and  soft-tissue surgery.  In his spare time he enjoys hiking, marathon training and is an avid Seattle Sounders fan.  

He has one senior dog (Mayla).
